Price Cost is a grocery store where Phil and Todd go in order to get Gail some tortilla chips in "Baby Steps".
Driving into the store with his pickup truck, Phil stops in the chip aisle. Unsure of what type tortilla chips to get Gail, Phil dumps all the chips into the back of his pickup truck. However, when returning with the chips, Gail reveals she was looking for scoop tortilla chips.
Carol also drives into the store at night in order to test if she is pregnant. However, she finds out she isn't pregnant, which upsets her, as her and Phil have been trying for months.
