Madrid Apartments is an apartment complex located in Delaware, where Carol Pilbasian used to live, with roommates Glenn and Bernice.
When Carol doesn't feel like home at The White House in "Is There Anybody Out There?", Phil surprises Carol by taking her to her old apartment in Delaware. Carol shows Phil her old knitting group, and the rooms of herself, Glenn, and Bernice. While staying there, Phil and Carol fight about Carol wanting to return to Tucson, and Phil not being able to as he had been banished from there.
