- In Norse mythology, Valhalla is a majestic, enormous hall located in Asgard, ruled over by Odin. Valhalla is also known as "hall of the slain". The who died in combat would go there after death, training and celebrating among the Norse deities.
- Despite Phil claiming he has no middle name in "Moved to Tampa", it is revealed his middle name is actually Stacy, upon Phil finding his drivers license. Other attributes include his birth date as March 8, 1978, his address as 9545 Spivey Lane, Highpoint, NC 28213, and his height as 6'4.

- The scene where Carol confronts Todd about his continuous flings with Melissa and Gail parodies the "kiss of death" scene in The Godfather Part II.[1]
